Sheriff’s deputies identify 19-year-old who died at San Luis Obispo Crisis Stabilization Unit
SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. – The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office (SLOCSO) are investigating the death of a 19-year-old woman at the county's Crisis Stabilization Unit.
Elina Branco died May 16 and the cause of her death, circumstances around it and other factors are still being investigated at this time, according to the SLOCSO.
