Orcutt meeting set for Wednesday night over Richards Ranch Project

ORCUTT, Calif. - A Community Meeting has been set for Wednesday night on the development of the Richards Ranch Project.

The meeting will be at the OASIS Senior Center in Orcutt at 6 p.m.

Supervisor Bob Nelson is inviting all residents and interested parties to join in on the discussion for the Richards Ranch Project at Key Site 26 in the Orcutt Community Plan.

"This project, previously proposed for annexation and development within the City of Santa Maria, is now being considered for development within the County. Your feedback is essential as we discuss the proposed Development Agreement with the Board of Supervisors," said Nelson.
