Big Wave Dave’s Christmas Trees selling “like hot cakes” to locals including Kevin Costner in Ventura
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Big Wave Dave's Christmas Tree sales are underway in Ventura, Moorepark, Camarillo and Santa Barbara.
Owner Dave Lidren of the tree lot said this year's trees are selling "like hot cakes."
Lidren said he sold about ten Noble Fir trees to Kevin Costner.
His lots offer several varieties of trees including Douglas Fir, Noble Fir, Fraser Fir, Grand Fir and Nordman Fir and Natural Silver Tip.
They range in size from tabletop to nearly 20 feet tall.
Big Wave Dave’s lots are open through Dec. 23 except at Underwood Farms in Moorpark where trees are available through Dec. 18.
