| Why are you running for office?: | I want to represent the whole district, not just Santa Barbara! I also want to represent the interests of the Central Coast itself rather than any one political party in D.C. |
| What makes you qualified for the job?: | I have lived here most of my life. I have worked with all facets of businesses, taxpayers, and consumers as a government watchdog for 30 years. I have a broad understanding of the Central Coast economy and the needs of families and working class people. |
| What are your two main priorities if you win?: | Public safety (law enforcement, fire prevention, etc.) and a higher quality of life as it pertains to jobs, housing and school choice. |
| How will you interact with other governments?: | I will help bring all levels of government together to solve local problems rather than the current practice of doing the same things over and over again while expecting different results. Throwing money at problems doesn't solve most problems. |
| What are your plans to help overcome COVID-19?: | Isolate, serve, and protect the most vulnerable while pursuing herd immunity for those least susceptible. Get the economy open and going again, as well as, our schools. |
| Which two issues are most important to you?: | We need better paying jobs and more affordable housing. |
