David Salvador Charged With Molesting Seven-Year-Old Relative: More Survivors Expected to Come Forward

SANTA PAULA, Calif. (KEYT) – David Salvador, a 63-year-old visiting family from another country, has been arrested and charged with sexual acts with a seven-year-old relative.

On Aug. 22, investigators received a report about a child molestation incident and were able to determine that a seven-year-old girl had been molested by a family member earlier in the day stated a press release from the Santa Paula Police Department.

Detectives eventually arrested 63-year-old David Salvador of Mexico for child molestation offenses and he was booked into the local jail with bail set at $1,000,000 shared the Santa Paula Police Department.

On Aug. 25, Salvador was arraigned on charges of lewd acts on a child, unlawful acts with a child under the age of ten, and burglary.

According to Santa Paula Police, Salvador is now being held without bail following his initial court appearance last week.
