Ventura Superior Court continues limited operations through June 9

VENTURA, Calif. The Ventura Superior Court is continuing limited operations through June 9. The majority of courtrooms and all clerk's offices at all court locations are closed to the public because of the county's Stay Well at Home Order.

A small number of courtrooms continue operating to hear urgent criminal, juvenile, temporary restraining order issues and emergency ex parte Family Law, Civil and Probate matters only.

Jury services are closed through June 12. Jury service has ended for anyone who had jury service scheduled during this time,

If you are summoned for a date, beginning on June 15, check online or call (805) 289-8661 for further Jury Services updates.

All civil trials and non-emergency hearings have been suspended for 90 days since March 20.

Traffic citations are still due and may be paid online, and the Courts
Self-Help Centers remain closed. Law firms and attorneys should go to the Court's website at www.ventura.courts.ca.gov to review the emergency orders for details.
