Oxnard Performing Arts Center celebrates Class of 2020 graduates

OXNARD, Calif. -- The Oxnard Performing Arts Center Corporation will be offering professional photography sessions for all 2020 graduates on May 28 to 30.
The performing arts center called The PACC put together the event due to many graduates missing out on their formal ceremonies due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The PACC will partner with Party Starz to have low-cost professional photography sessions along with a chance to win an all-expense paid 'Ultimate Grad Party' through raffle.
The raffle winner will have their Graduation Party at The PACC in 2021 or when permissible by law.
Each graduate will receive a custom alumni face mask, an entry ticket for the Ultimate Grad Party raffle and a set of photos.
The PACC will also be implementing social distancing and safety protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The event is open to any graduate including pre-school, kindergarten, middle school, high school or college/ university student.
The PACC says there will be a balloon arch along with a DJ that will welcome graduates to their photo session.
Reservations are required.
The PACC has been home to graduations since it opened in 1968.
The Graduation Photography will be happening form 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The photography packages will start at $64.
Part of the proceeds will benefit The PACC nonprofit, which had to close its doors for events due to COVID-19.
The PACC will also be doing a program called ‘Sponsor a Grad’ to help any graduate who may not be able to afford this experience.
