Ventura Police investigating double stabbing

VENTURA, Calif. (KEYT) – Ventura Police officers are investigating a double stabbing that happened just before 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

VPD officers found two men suffering from critical stab wounds near Chestnut Street south of Main Street and helped both men to the hospital.

Both men are recovering from their injuries at the Ventura County Medical Center and are expected to survive their injuries, according to the VPD.

VPD officers tried to find the suspect but could not locate him. The search and investigation remain ongoing, and those with more information are asked to contact the following number.
