Man rescued after falling down cliff near San Luis Obispo bluff trail

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. (KEYT) – CAL FIRE SLO crews rescued a man who fell down a cliff near the bluff trail at Montaña de Oro State Park just after 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

The man received medical treatment after being hoisted to the top of the cliff for evaluation of injuries, according to CAL FIRE SLO.

The patient's extent of injury is unknown at this time, according to CAL FIRE SLO.
