Two charged in connection to December Stearn’s Wharf homicide appear in court Wednesday

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif.– Two of the four men charged in connection to the December 2022 Stearn's Wharf shooting and homicide of a 52-year-old bystander appeared in court Wednesday.

Our cameras were in court as Christopher Miranda and Ricardo Jauergi-Moreno went before a judge for their continued arraignments.

The men face charges of  murder, with special allegations of committing the murder for the benefit of a criminal street gang and principal use of a handgun, conspiracy to commit murder, and criminal street gang conspiracy, according to the Santa Barbara DA's office.

All four men will appear back in court Feb. 17.
