Hwy 154 is back open in both directions
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif.– Hwy 154, also known as The San Marcos Pass, from Highway 192 to State Route 246, reopened by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, according to Caltrans District 5.
