SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. – The ongoing construction of more than one-half mile of new bike path connecting Santa Claus Lane and Carpinteria Avenue is on pace for 2023 completion.

The bike path construction will keep the Santa Claus Lane on-ramp closed until Jan. 29. Detours for drivers remain at Via Real, Santa Ynez Ave., Carpinteria Ave., and Reynolds Ave.
