KEYT News

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. (KEYT) – Law enforcement officials shared Friday that the woman who died earlier this week in a single-vehicle crash on State Route 41 has been identified as 42-year-old Ruby Arballo of Fresno.

On Sep. 8, around 10:08 p.m., first responders were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash off of State Route 41, south of Rocky Canyon Road and northeast of Atascadero city limits, stated a press release on Sep. 9 from the California Highway Patrol-Templeton Area (CHP).

The local CHP Office shared that the two occupants of the vehicle were transported to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and that the passenger, identified Friday as Ruby Arballo, died from her injuries at the hospital.

Alcohol nor drugs were considered to have been a factor in the fatal crash added the local law enforcement agency earlier this week.
