Paso Robles Motorcyclist Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries After Crash at Foothill Boulevard and Casa Street Wednesday

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (KEYT) – A Paso Robles motorcyclist was transported with life-threatening injuries and two others had moderate injuries after a collision at the intersection of Foothill and Casa Wednesday afternoon.

On Sep. 2, at 12:57 p.m., first responders were dispatched to the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Casa Street for an injury collision between a vehicle and a motorcycle stated a press release Thursday from the City of San Luis Obispo.

Arriving first responders found a motorcyclist, later identified as a 24-year-old Paso Robles man, in the roadway with serious injuries shared the City of San Luis Obispo.

The Paso Robles man was taken from the scene with a "significant life-threatening injury" added the local city government.

According to the City of San Luis Obispo, the driver of the involved vehicle, a 58-year-old Santa Maria man, remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators before both he and his passenger were transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries.

Drugs nor alcohol are suspected to have been a factor in the collision, but the investigation into the incident in ongoing shared the City of San Luis Obispo.
