Driver arrested for DUI after crashing into unoccupied vehicle on Johnson Avenue

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (KEYT) – A driver was arrested for DUI after an early morning crash with an unoccupied vehicle parked along Johnson Avenue in San Luis Obispo Friday.

On April 3, around 1:15 a.m., a resident in the 2100 block of Johnson Avenue reported hearing a crash outside of their home stated the San Luis Obispo Police Department.

First responders arrived to find a truck had crashed with an unoccupied vehicle parked along Johnson Avenue noted the San Luis Obispo Police Department.

According to San Luis Obispo Police, the driver was uninjured following the collision and was arrested for a suspected DUI.
