Madonna Inn Expo Center hosts a holiday market pop-up for small business owners

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. -- The Madonna Inn Expo Center hosted a holiday market pop-up this Saturday for small business owners to sell their products before the holiday season.

Small businesses sold clothing, jewelry, and candles at the event. Other vendors even gave haircuts. Holiday shoppers were able to enjoy live music and warm coffee while shopping.

Some business owners said it's hard to keep up with big brands when the holiday season comes up.

They say some shoppers prefer to shop for big sales online.

Although, some locals say they like to support small business owners and appreciate pop-up shops like the holiday market.
