Southbound Highway 1 lane in Nipomo reopened after tipped over semi blocked lanes

NIPOMO, Calif. – The southbound lane of Highway 1 in Nipomo was shut down for multiple hours on Wednesday morning due to an accident involving an over-turned semi-trailer, according to CalTrans.

Crews were enforcing one-way traffic control on Highway 1 south at Willow Road because of the accident.

The lane was reopened by 2:10 p.m., CalTrans said.
