One man is dead following shooting in Port Hueneme Friday
PORT HUENEME, Calif. – A man died after being shot in the 2600 block of Yardarm Avenue in Port Hueneme Friday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched for a call of shots fired around 11 p.m. Jan. 5, 2024, and arrived to discover an adult man who had been shot in the front yard of a residence detail Port Hueneme Police Department.
According to Port Hueneme Police Department, officers and emergency medical responders attempted life-saving efforts, but the man later died from his injuries at the hospital.
There are no suspects in custody and the investigation into this incident is ongoing explain Port Hueneme Police Department.
