Paso Robles declares local emergency during Friday storm

PASO ROBLES, Calif. -- The city of Paso Robles declared a local emergency on Friday amid pouring rain and a storm system.

This was a result of existing and expected impacts of the atmospheric river hitting Paso Robles.

Paso Robles City Council held a meeting at 10 a.m. in order to ratify the decision.
