ISLA VISTA, Calif. - A fifth person was arrested in connection with a November home invasion robbery in Isla Vista.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that investigators had issued an arrest warrant for Michael Gebremeske, 19, for conspiracy and accessory. They also got a search warrant for his home in San Francisco. Detectives worked with the San Francisco Police Department to serve those warrants.

Gebremeske was arrested and brought to the Santa Barbara Main Jail where he is being held on $250,000 bail.

The home invasion happened on November 18 at an apartment on the 6500 block of Sabado Tarde. Deputies arrived and found two victims who said they had been robbed at gunpoint inside their home.

One of the victims had minor injuries.

Two laptops, a cell phone, a wallet, and marijuana were stolen.

Two people were arrested in connection with the robbery just days after it happened. Two other arrests were made in December.
