MORRO BAY, Calif. - A Morro Bay man faces charges in a vandalism spree around the city.

Morro Bay police arrested Michael Farwell, 20, on Tuesday.

Officers received a call around 8 p.m. about a man vandalizing a park bench downtown.

Officers responded to the area and say they found Farwell with several cans of spray paint and markers.

Investigators say Farwell was tagging the word "Sicko" on property, and they say he was involved in vandalism cases beforehand throughout the city.

Police say he was arrested and now faces 16 counts of vandalism.
