NB Highway 101 reopens in Paso Robles after cement truck accident

PASO ROBLES, Calif. - Northbound lanes of Highway 101 in Paso Robles re-opened at 10:10 Tuesday morning, following several hours of closure caused by an accident involving a cement truck.

The accident was reported by the California Highway Patrol at 4:38 a.m.

The cement truck was pulling large trailers that flipped over on the highway. Northbound 101 was closed from Highway 46 West to 13th Street, according to CalTrans.

CHP reports the truck went down an embankment, kicking rocks onto the roadway.
