Trump supporters rally at Santa Barbara County Courthouse
Dozens of people gathered at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse Sunday afternoon with signs and banners.
A similar rally called “Women Supporting Trump” was held Sunday at the state’s capital in Sacramento.
Organizers in Santa Barbara said they wanted to show their solidarity.
Bobbi McGinnis is part of the group SB for Trump and explained why the Republican has her support.
“We want a businessman to go to Washington and clean up the mess that we are in, to get rid of debt and to make America great again,” McGinnis said.
Organizers decided to coordinate the rally only a few days ago. They said they were pleasantly surprised by the big turnout.
