Rapist Sentenced to 7 Years in Prison

A man convicted of raping a 16-year old girl is headed to state prison for 7 years.

Judge Jacqueline Duffy sentenced Kenneth Drake Mohr, 21, on Monday. Mohr was convicted by a San Luis Obispo jury on November 12, 2015 of Forcible Rape and Sexual Penetration by a Foreign Object. The attack happened in April, 2013.

The jury also found Mohr guilty of battery on another female victim.

Since one of the crimes is a violent felony, Mohr must serve at least 85-percent of his 7 year sentence.
