Car Crash In Goleta Sends Three People To The Hospital
A car crash in Goleta sent three people, including an elderly couple to the hospital.
The crash happened around 1:45 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Calle Real and Vega Drive.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office says a Ford Escape carrying an elderly couple stopped at the stop sign at Vega Drive.
It appears the driver pulled out in front of a woman driving a Honda Civic, slamming into her car.
The impact pushed her car across the road and into a freeway fence.
All three people were taken to the hospital.
Their injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
