Our Lady Of Guadalupe Attracts Local Fiesta Crowd

If you are looking for the most authentic Old Spanish Days food head to Our Lady of Guadalupe Mercado. The church, on the corner of Nopal and Montecito streets in Santa Barbara, serves up hot tamales, tacos, pulled pork and much more.

All the volunteers are parishioners.

Once you have had enough food there is plenty to do.

The mercado has live music, dancing, games, a raffle and a rummage sale.

It is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The money raised will help fund church programs all year.
