The Collection Shopping Center Raises Money for the Arts

Funds raised through a summer concert series will help a local arts group.

Over the past few months, there have been several concerts at “The Collection” shopping center in Oxnard.

While the events were free, anyone who wanted a V-I-P seat paid a special fee.

From that income, The Collection was able to make a $5000. donation to the Ventura County Arts Council.

The money will be used to help teach a variety of art-related programs in local schools.
