Teens To Be Tried As Adults
Juveniles arrested for the gang murder of a 14-year-old boy will be tried as adults. Deputies arrested Gilbert Villanueva of Ventura and and Justin Patino of Oxnard for the Crime.The 17 year olds are accused of shooting Joshua Angel Burciaga to death in Saticoy Park on a Wednesday night in late June.Both pleaded not guilty to murder and a gang enhancement charges.Fresh “gang graffiti” found at the scene led to their arrests in July and October.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
