A local delegate has an enthusiastic review of the Democratic National Convention from the party meetings to the televised speeches. She called the speech by First Lady Michelle Obama, “extremely moving.”Blackerby says many of the delegates are young and energetic. “Our delegation in California is 608 delegates and 98 of them are under 35.
