Carpinteria Health Fair to Bring Support Closer to Local Families

PATRICIA MARTELLOTTI

CARPINTERIA, Calif. — Carpinteria residents will have an opportunity to connect directly to local health and community services during CCP’s annual Health Fair on Friday, October 9.

The event runs from 3 to 6 p.m. and brings together more than 25 local organizations offering information and resources for individuals and families.

A healthy cooking class will also be part of the event, giving attendees an opportunity to learn practical ways to prepare nutritious meals.

For residents facing transportation challenges or difficulty navigating available services, the fair offers a chance to explore multiple resources during a single visit.

The gathering is designed to make health information and community support easier to access while helping Carpinteria families connect to services available in their area.
