Wind, Frost, Coastal Flood Advisory in effect in parts of region with sunshine and chilly temperatures

Happy Friday, everyone! Today will be a sunny and chilly day. Expect temperatures between the 40s and 50s.

Be sure to wear those extra layers. 

There is a wind, frost and coast flood advisory in effect in specific parts of the region.

The Wind Advisory is in effect until 12 pm Friday.

This impacts the Ventura County Mountains.

Northwest winds of 20 to 35 MPH and gusts up to 50 MPH are forecasted.

A Frost Advisory is in effect for the Central, South and Ventura County Coast.

This also impacts the Santa Ynez Valley and Ventura County Mountains.

Temperatures could drop as low as the high 20s. This is in effect until Friday at 8 PM.

The Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect for SLO and SB County Central Coast Beaches.

Minor coastal flooding could happen. Flood over sea water is likely over vulnerable low-lying coastal areas.
