Chiropractor Murder Update

A Fillmore man charged with the murder of an Oxnard chiropractor pleaded not guilty.Daniel Nuno entered his plea in Ventura Tuesday.The 30 year old is accused of shooting Ricardo Gonzales in the head.The shooting happened outside the victim’s parents Fillmore home August 9th.Prosecutors say the victim’s ailing mother witnessed the shooting.They hope to pass a motion to video her testimony before the trial.Gonzales had a practice near the Oxnard financial plaza for more than a decade.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
