SAN LUIS OBISPO – Meathead Movers is being recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America in 2012, placing the full-service moving and storage company on its coveted Inc. 500|5000 list.Meathead Movers is California’s largest independent moving company. Founded in 1997 by brothers Aaron and Evan Steed as a way to earn money around athletic and academic commitments, the company has grown to feature a state-of-the-art storage facility and sister company Princess Packers.Meathead Movers founding principle is to support studentathletes working their way through college in pursuit of their own American dream. Some longtime employees of the company have become managers and gotten married, purchased homes, and achieved other milestones.
