be upgraded to Red Flag Warnings by Wednesday. Some areas may see
Red Flag conditions linger into Saturday. Interior Santa Barbara
and San Luis Obispo Counties may also see Red Flag conditions on
Friday, and a Fire Weather Watch is being considered.
