Bombay Station hosts Ribbon Cutting

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KEYT) Bombay Station's chef and owner Ninder Josan welcomed guests to enjoy hosted a ribbon cutting and meal in Santa Barbara on Saturday morning.

"Today we're hosting our grand opening, and a ribbon cutting ceremony, and we're doing this with our multi faith coalition," said Josan.

The President of the Multi Faith Harmony Coalition, Mohamed Khan invited California's State Treasurer to the table.

"To break bread, prayer, breakfast and just share what we love and serving others in respect of their race, religion, culture, lifestyle. One of the things that we pioneered and our, our amazing state treasurer is the Cal Kids program bringing, scholarship to children who may never get a chance in life," said Khan. 

"Work with the different communities that need, extra funding, capital lines of credit, small businesses, is really, what makes my job, a happy, a happy place," said Ma.

"We will phase our menu out every month. We'll change stuff around. So the idea is a train going through India, every little area. So the food will change. So it'll land in Punjab. It'll land in the south, the east, west," said Josan.
