David Leader Sentenced to County Jail and Probation After Prolonged Neighbor Dispute

KEYT News

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. (KEYT) – David Allen Leader of Templeton was sentenced to 30 days in county jail and two years supervised probation after a prolonged dispute with neighbors resulted in multiple criminal charges.

Leader was also ordered to stay away from the other involved parties as a condition of his probation added the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office in a press release.

In July of this year, Leader pled guilty to one felony count of vandalism and seven misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order.

According to the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office, the plea agreement resolved two consolidated criminal cases connected to a pattern of vandalism, harrassment, and repeated violations of a civil harassment restraining order directed to several Templeton neighbors.
