Single-Vehicle Crash Shuts Down State Route 41 West of Atascadero Wednesday Morning

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. (KEYT) – A vehicle crashed into a tree after going down an embankment off State Route 41 at Toro Creek, west of Atascadero, Wednesday.

Your News Channel reached out to responding agencies about the extent of injuries at the scene and are awaiting a response.

On Aug. 12, at 7:30 a.m., first responders were sent to the intersection of State Route 41 at Toro Creek for a single-vehicle crash down an embankment stated the the California Highway Patrol-San Luis Obispo Area (CHP).

According to the California Department of Transportation, State Route 41 has been fully reopened as of 11:10 a.m. Wednesday.
