SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Assemblymember Gregg Hart joined the Morning News live on Wednesday to look back at his first year of serving in the California State Assembly.

Hart represents California's 37th Assembly District, which includes all of Santa Barbara County and South San Luis Obispo County.
