Day goes undefeated in round-robin play at Women's Pro Invitational

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Kayla Day is just a couple of wins away from an early 21st birthday present.

Day went 3-0 in round-robin play of the Women's Pro Invitational with a 6-3, 1-6, 6-1 victory over UCSB player Shakhnoza Khatamova at the Santa Barbara Tennis Club.

Day, who turns 21 on September 28, plays a semifinal match on Thursday with the finals scheduled for Friday of this 8-woman tournament.
