CIF SoCal Regional basketball brackets announced

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - CIF announced the SoCal regional's high school basketball brackets on Sunday as championship season winds down.

First round games will take place on Tuesday.

Boys basketball

Five seed St. Joseph will play at Damien in the Open Division.

Four-seed Nipomo will host five-seed Shalhevet in Division 3A.

In Division 4A, four-seed Arroyo Grande will host Pilibos while seven-seed Rio Mesa will play at Orange Glen.

Six-seed Atascadero will play at Calvary Chapel in Division 5AA.

Girls basketball

Number one seed St. Joseph will host Westlake in Division 2A.

Righetti, also a top seed, will welcome in Paloma Valley in Division 2AA.

One-seed Nipomo will host Westchester in Division 3AA, where three-seed Orcutt Academy host Eisenhower.

Seven-seed Paso Robles will play at Louisville in Division 4A.
