Salute to Seniors: Foothill Technology track and field star Carly Leandro

VENTURA, Calif. - Carly Leandro soared into the record books at Foothill Technology High School in Ventura.

The senior track and field standout cleared 10'6 in the polo vault, a school record.

She was All-CIF Division 4 in 2019 and will compete in college next spring at Lewis & Clark College.

Leandro was also a part of a CIF-State championship cross-country team at Foothill Tech and the Dragons also captured two CIF-SS titles.

She has a 4.28 grade point average.
