Dons baseball powers past Grace Brethren

Dons dominate Grace Brethren 8-0

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.- The Dons slugged three home runs and senior pitcher Bryce Warrecker dominated on the mound as Santa Barbara blanked Grace Brethren 8-0 in an Easton Tournament game.

Jordan Harris belted a two-run in the first inning and the Dons never looked back.

UCSB-commit Nick Oakley and Anthony Firestone ripped back-to-back home runs in the third as the Dons extended the lead to 4-0.

Oakley doubled in another run as part of a 2-run fourth inning to put the game out of reach.

Warrecker, a Cal Poly-commit, was in control on the bump as he recorded the victory.

Santa Barbara improved to 3-1 on the young season.
