Royals lose in four sets in CIF-Division 3 quarterfinal match.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.- San Marcos turned an 8-point lead after one quarter into a 30-point bulge at halftime and cruised to a 79-41 lopsided victory over Lompoc in Channel League boys basketball.

Tony Njia led all scorers with 25 points and Isaiah Hicks added 19 as the Royals stayed tied for first in league with Santa Barbara at 6-1.
