SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Brian 'Chuckie' Roth of San Marcos High School was named the 2018-19 California Girls Swimming & Diving Coach of the Year.

The honor was based on performance, lifetime community involvement, school involvement and philosophy of coaching.
