San Marcos water polo beats Oaks Christian

GOLETA, Calif.- Cassidy Miller scored a game-high four goals as San Marcos defeated Oaks Christian 11-6 in a game played at Dos Pueblos High School.

The Royals led 5-4 at the half but started to pull away in the third quarter.

UCLA-commit Claire Kronen, freshman Kate Meyer and Chloe Spievak all tallied goals in the third quarter as the Royals took an 8-5 lead into the final quarter.

Miller, who is also UCLA-bound, scored back-to-back goals and Kronen added her second goal as San Marcos improved to 11-3 on the season.
