San Marcos volleyball battles but falls in CIF quarterfinals to Poly

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Royals erased a 15-8 deficit in the first set to undefeated Polytechnic to win 25-23 but San Marcos could not pull off the upset as they lost in four sets in a CIF-Division 3 quarterfinal match.

The Royals finish a terrific season at 21-7.
