UC SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Max Heidegger is a pro.

The two-time All-Big West Conference First Team selection signs a three-year contract with Macabbi Tel Aviv who play in the Israeli Premier League and internationally in the EuroLeague.

According to published reports former NBA star Amare Stoudemire is close to resigning with Macabi Tel Aviv.

Heidegger averaged 16 points per game last year with UCSB and finished 15th on the Gauchos career scoring list with 1,347 points.

Only several injuries kept Heidegger from cracking UCSB's all-time top ten scoring list.
