Lompoc Pioneer Park to receive $1.3 Million for renovations and baseball fields

LOMPOC, Calif. -- Lompoc Pioneer Park will receive $1.3 million dollars for renovations and baseball fields as part of the $16.7 million in federal funding to benefit Santa Barbara County projects.

This project is part of one of the Santa Barbara County projects that will be funded by approximately $16.7 million in federal funding.

The funds are part of the omnibus spending package approved after months of work from government officials.

The federal funds were secured by Congressman Salud Carbajal (D-Santa Barbara), which would cover approximately a third of the expected cost.
