SANTA MARIA, Calif.– In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, CoastHills Credit Union donates 15 iPads for patients at Mission Hope Cancer Center in Santa Maria.

Patients will be able to use the iPads during chemotherapy, infusion treatments, appointments, and for educational purposes.

The donation replaces the last donation of iPads that have since stop functioning.

President and CEO of CoastHills Credit Union Paul Cook expressed gratitude to be able to fulfill the community's need.

“It’s truly an honor to support the hard work and dedication of everyone at Mission Hope Cancer Center, and we hope this gift will bring a level of comfort to all the patients who use them.”

Mission Hope Cancer Center will host a special presentation of the technological donation at the center on Wednesday at 11 a.m..
