The ceremony will be on the evening of June 5.

The High School plans for graduates and their families to park their cars on the school's field that will be set up as a drive-in theater. The ceremony's audio will be carried through broadcast to each car's radio.

The graduation video will be filmed before the ceremony. The filming will be by individual appointment.

Orcutt Academy High School Principal gave the following statement on this alternative event:

“This year’s graduation is going to be epic. It will be one of a kind, and something that has not been done before at our school. The students are excited about it.  When we talked to them about options, they wanted to do a drive-in graduation.”
